I’m an Executive, Leadership and Team coach, Facilitator, Learning Designer and Creative Strategist. I partner with leaders, teams and organisations navigating transition, growth and evolution, supporting them to become not just future-fit, but future-shaping.
I work with both thinking and sensing - integrating cognitive and embodied approaches to help surface what's present in the system, build clarity around what matters, and strengthen the capacity for aligned action

I primarily work with Creative and impact-driven organisations - teams and leaders who are navigating innovation, transformation, and the challenge of staying aligned through change.

I also work with founders, multicultural teams, and established organisations at moments of transition.
Based in Amsterdam, I work internationally, both online and in-person, facilitating in English and French with multilingual and multicultural teams.
How We Begin:
Most engagements start with a 30-minute discovery conversation to explore your context and goals.
Typical Engagements:
-Executive Coaching: 3-6 months, bi-weekly sessions
-Team Coaching: 6-12 months, bi-weekly / monthly work + half-day / full day immersion workshops
-Transformation Programs: 12-18 months, integrated approach
-Off-sites: 1-3 days, standalone or part of ongoing work
